md1derful,

FWIW, I found this on the Yahoo thread. Not sure of the facts but I will do a little research later in the week, I was hoping to get a little input from Wesley or Candle Stick.

" I also made inquiries and was informed by the PR company that the hearing has been postponed indefinitely. Evidently Mentor is being extremely slow in providing documentation requested by the court, and the hearing cannot proceed without the documentation. It's basically out of Misonix's control at this point.

This whole thing to me sounds more and more like Mentor is merely creating a nuisance and is not standing on solid ground with their claim.

It's not hard to envision Misonix not only emerging from this with their patent rights secure but also having grounds to sue Mentor for damages, in my humble opinion.

Lisonix aspirator aside, the company is on a roll with all their other product lines, going into the Jan-Mar quarter with an order backlog over $10 million. This is the largest in their history and shows they are well-positioned regardless of the outcome of the injunction. "
