Bar Bar,

You made me laugh! I will concede being possibly wrong about whether the next news will move little LTGL, just as long as I am right about practically everything else.

I personally hold no opinion about how much can be blamed on the MMs. It's a common theory, but I feel it is usually unproven.

Thank you for the rt quotes and the credibility. You can have rt quotes from me, too, and have earned utmost credibility.

Your new friend,
Linda

Right on Shirazi. I hate to bring up this "delivery of certificates" thing again, but it really is shear laziness if you do not. It's very simple...you call your broker and tell him that you would like to take delivery. They will charge you a minor fee...I believe it's about $30 Canadian. That's all there is to it. Doesn't that sound worth it, considering that you will effectively be tightening the supply? The less shares MM's have at their disposal, the quicker this one will pop. If they are caught way off-side(short), the stock will skyrocket as they scramble to cover their short position.....only guess what? This time our shares won't be there to borrow, so they instead have to buy them from us on the open market(and I'm not selling:-). The sky is the limit when this type of scenario comes to fruition.

Someone also had doubts as to whether this stock will ever move, given that it didn't after the Radio Shack deal. The following is what I think is happening(in my opinion). There is no way in hell that this stock could trade over 10million a day for 4 days running with almost all trades falling between 9 and 10 cts. The day after the Radio Shack deal, we were at 13cts in the first 15minutes. And we would have easily made it to 20cts, but the MM's dropped the bid and ask. This means one of three things, and two of the three scenarios are good. 1) MM's are way offside and out of desperation dropped the bid/ask hoping to shake out as many shares as they could in an attempt to cover....it failed miserably, because the stock has managed to stay above 9cts through almost 30million sells....people are buying 'em as quick as anyone is willing to sell 'em.....great short squeeze potential if people request delivery of shares. 2) MM's are greedy and are trying to lap up as many cheap shares as they can get their mitts on before the next release and subsequent wave of buying....whenever they have gotten their fill, they'll let up and the stock will fly. 3) This is the worst case scenario: MM's will let the stock run 2 or 3 ct's and unload a large part of their position, and then start shorting it back down again. One they've accomplished the drop, they'll slowly start to cover their position again and get ready for another 2 or 3 cent run. They make money on the way up and money on the way down(all the while using our shares) Obviously reason #3 is the strongest reason for requesting your share certs.

Well stated. Agree with you 100%, Shirazi. These day traders have the attention span of Beavis and Butthead. Reasonable people don't expect a run-up every single day. LTGL is for real. They are manufacturing product, increasing inventory, advertising in the trade mags and on-line, increasing sales, shipping products to customers, signing deals with new distributors, closing on leads from major auto accessory shows, etc. The company has been PROFITABLE every quarter of FY97, yet the stock sells for .09. We're not done yet.

Anybody else know of a company selling for less than .10 that is making a profit, please tell me.

Hello,
In your recent LTGL post you make reference to MINE. Do you mean Golden Eagle International, the Bolivian gold mining concern. If so what do you mean by someone 'setting it up'. I have held a position in MINE for 1 year and I am very concerned over the recent plummet from the .20's to the .05 - .09 range we see today.

I appreciate any thoughts you could share.

Steve.

BARBARIANS RULE

To All:

"Oh Yea, Verily, Though I walk through the Valley of the Shadow of Death, I am the meanest BLOODY BARBARIAN in the BLOODY Valley."

- General George Smith Patton Jr.

I AM PO'd. I AM UPSET. They PO'd the WRONG GUY. I want WAR. I AM WAR. I want some MM arse and I don't care if it's pink, brown or polka dotted with flaming dingleberries. It's got a date on my plate.

I also couldn't give a Tinker's Hoot what SI or the SEC thinks or doesn't think. It would take me several pico seconds to get a new e-mail and new name. Kicking me off SI because I choose to recall words of wisdom, honor, and sacrifice in the midst of the half-truths, innuendo, deception, intimidation, obfuscation, and outright lies spewing forth from these ruttish VC's, MM's etc makes me want to go back to the security and prosperity of BAAT.

I WILL NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR DECLARING WAR

They're running and they're scared. One guy just bought 50,000. No problem ? Of course no problem (see # 584). The guy you bought your shares from sold them on the spot, probably in the same PC as your buy, because he never bought those shares in the first place. He'll take 0.07/share because 0.07 is better than 0.00. The MM also made $0.02 a share. Multiply that by the trade # in the past week and you get some idea why the MM's want THEIR PARTY to go on for another six months. Did you take possession of the shares ? If my theory is correct, you didn't. Do you think the guy you bought your shares from took possession ? If my theory is correct, he didn't either. This means that your 50 000 shares are being used against YOU and ME because someone else now "owns" those 50 000 shares and they're checking up on this thread. You're LAZY. That's OK though. You still have time to make a 800 phone call to your broker. Since you have more shares than I do, this means you stand to make more money than I do(I could have been a wicked spammer). Your shares never left a PC and they've been owned by three different people in the last minute and the MM has made 150 000 x 0.02 for several seconds work which means they can hire several ivy leaguer's to come up with some pretty cute twists to take us up or down at will. They're schmoozing on Maiden Lane right now getting tomorrow's open straight. They don't like surprises. Yo, Yea, Verily .....

Name of their Game is PRESSURE. These MM's have been putting the pressure on us and it's about time we returned the favor. This party is just getting starting and I've got lots and lots of goodies in my pack. When we get through with LTGL we're going to give "liteglo" new meaning. So far LTGL hasn't lied to me. LTGL makes one false statement which causes me to make another reasonable assumption that's it. Same goes for posters. One false claim, rumor, hype that's it. The punk'sters forgot that Archives exist forever and their game gets pretty boring pretty fast. It's alot tougher to find a crew who does things for the right reasons.

Only way we lose is if LTGL goes bankrupt or we BUY shares and leave them in the viper's hands. I'm assuming NOBODY IS STUPID ENOUGH TO SELL. I'm on HNLY and LTGL board. Joking about BAAT. LTGL is solid.
Only one more post for today, SI limit for new members. I can communicate via e-mail; send me private message.
