Too all,

Not much to add, but just wanted to say that I've been in and out of this stock in the past. But only once (not including yesterdays purchase) since its most recent drop from the mid thirties. I actually bought it last spring in the teens, only to watch is double to the mid thirties in about two and a half months and then crater to the low teens overnite in july. This stock used to be a favorite of momentum players, as it is easily manipulated b/c of its small float. I agree that the company has a bright future, with or without a buyout. I've been waiting for this thing to start a significant move up since last july (so I could get back in). The company has basically hit their revised numbers for the last two quarters and we may see a nice pop in stock price at 1Q earnings (they should show a profit and get growth back on track). As mentioned on thread, they have a good product (MCO.SYS??) and a few good clients (I think Bristol-Meyers sp.?? is one)

<< and seeing how they're flush w/ cash >>

I am not sure where you saw that they are flush with cash. All they have is about 5.5 m cash on hand; unless you are also counting on account receivables.
