Raymond I really sit on the fence with this one. Wether it is going to go forward right away or pull back a little. One thing I am sure of is it will go forward a lot sometime in the next couple of years. The numbers for the second quarter were ok. I think a lot of people including myself expected a little more.

The recent news releases have been extensions on existing contracts. Good but new contracts with new companies would have been a lot better. I am unfamiliar with Liviakis but someone has told me that he is good at getting the price up initially but that more times than not it comes back down. I have not personally researched this
so please take it as an unconfirmed rumor.

On the other note, I personally don't see how the company at 100 million in sells be worth $22 when at 50 million its fair value is not close to $11.If it turns out to be an acquisition that has a much higher profit margin then maybe. But the companies that PCTH are acquiring
are all supposedly in the same industries as their other companies so I doubt that is it. I don't believe they have the cash or line of credit to finance that type of acquisition so I would assume that a majority
of that would come from issuance of stock.

Any ideas?
