Man, this is hilarious... I've followed all of Asensio's recent shorts and have made money in each of them. Every time he makes a claim, everyone thinks he needs to be sued, reported to the SEC, etc. The truth is he is an analyst and he gives upgrades, downgrades, and price targets on a stock just like any other analyst does. He just so happens to give KRY a "strong-sell recommendation" and a price target of less than $1.00.

I've studied his picks and have found the second day after his pick (which would be tomorrow) to always have a substantial drop in price. That's why I shorted a few times throughout the day today and ended up with an average price of $6.50. If history repeats we should see a big drop tomorrow and all of you who claim to be "long through thick and thin" will be selling like everyone else.

I found this interesting:

Crystallex states in its news release (talking about Asensio's claims):

"We note that the report makes serious allegations unsupported by facts, and then includes a disclaimer that 'Opinions expressed are subject to change without notice' and that 'accuracy in not guaranteed.'

And then at the bottom of that same release (talking about their own release):

...are forward-looking statements that involve various risks and uncertainties. There can be no assurance that such statements will prove to be accurate, and actual results and future events could differ materially from those anticipated in such statements.

So who do we believe?? No one claims any responsibility for anything they say...lol. I just believe this stock is gonna take a hit tomorrow. By the time that lawsuit materializes (if it ever even does materialize), Crystallex will be under $1 and delisted.

(Of course, there is no assurance that anything I have pointed out will prove to be accurate, and actual results and future events could differ materially from those I anticipate.)

Only in America...

Jeff
