Lew, from reading that NASDAQ list, it doesn't appear that FTEL will make the NATIONAL market. It looks like it said that they must have $ 1 mil in pre-tax net income (FTEL has about a $ 900,000 net loss, pre-tax). It looks like FTEL does not have the $ 5.00b min. I didn't calculate the net tangible book value, but I think they are cutting it close on that, too. Would anyone like to intelligently discuss this? Obviously the $ 5.00 b has been discussed, but I don't remember the income requirements being discussed before. VALUESPEC
