My understanding of the way problems like that are usually solved is that both the SI members would be prohibited from posting to OR about each other, so perhaps you should take it to the webmistress so that ultimately you will not be able to post to me OR about me. It serves my purpose, which is to be free of your insulting and untrue comments, more than yours, which seems to be to continually defame me, so suit yourself about going to Jill. <I think I'll go now, and read my children to bed and watch the two hour Star Trek episode. So quit harassing me, it will fall on deaf ears anyway.> I am not harassing you. I am asking you to stop posting to me OR (the key concept you seem to keep missing) ABOUT me. If you continue to misrepresent my views and say untrue negative things about me, I will be forced to continue to defend myself, and I do not consider that harassment. There are lots of other threads at SI, Michael. Feelings has always been one where atheists and rationalists and pagans and free thinkers of all sorts can feel at home, and sort of figuratively let their hair down. If you do not feel at home here, you are welcome to leave, but if you plan to continue to post here it is not unreasonable to expect that your more illogical and meanspirited posts may continue to be challenged. There are several threads where Christians go to worship electronically here and share each other's fellowship, and I am sure they would love to have your input.

I am not sure where you get your idea that you are God's gift to this thread, or whatever you may erroneously assume, but taunting someone by writing about them in an insulting way has the same intent as "speaking" their name. Michael: Some of the attacks you have made against Christine are unfair. In addition, as to your list on the GALT thread: Overpopulation. Global Warming. Ozone hole. Pesticides. Rain Forest destruction. Or eating meat and fish. I would add Christianity, Judaism, the Muslim religion and, in fact, all religions as they are based on primitive irrationalities. That they may incorporate a few valid moralities does not sanction their underlying philosophies nor lack of a cohesive, rational morality. Mystics beget mystics and you are as mystical as Christine and as dogmatic as Emile Vidrine. Denting the reality your mind perceives shall not save you, nor endear you to the legions or the rational that will emerge in future times to look back upon your "beliefs" as modern man muses the meanderings of stone age man's sungod drivel. As to your conservatism, it is not the kind practiced by Jefferson, but rather more like the Statist presidents this country has endured ranging from Teddy Roosevelt to JFK. Father Terrence
