No way. I've seen it before, though....pump up the stock price so that you can acquire more and more companies; therefore, making your balance sheet appear even stronger and so on and so on. I'd really like to shoot the Lehman analyst who turned me on to this piece of crap! I listened to him assure me that he knew the character of management, talked to them often, and felt comfortable that making frequent public announcements just wasn't their style because they were more concerned about the outcome of the long-term. Good call Lehman.

Ok....now that I'm done bashing LEH, let me say that it's almost impossible to see this kind of fraud in the making. It's usually pretty aparent after the fact. I haven't said much because I've been busy kicking myself in the ass! I'm holding at this point to see what may occur...the joint venture is worth something and so is the client list. The question is, can they stay out of bankrupcy long enough to dispose of those assets....?
