Hello Jeff; Precisely, a result of the Bre-X situation, but did you notice the part in Asensio's, that gives them the right to change info at will. In fact I believe there were two releases from them to-day, one in the AM and then another around noon, the AM one said something about no court case, and then the noon one acknowledged a court case, KRY I believe is in possestion of both, that is blatant manipulation. The legal firm they have hired in NY is well versed in this type of litigation, so this should prove to be very interesting indeed. Just think, if a positive decision were to come out soon, the stock would climb, KRY would be sueing these guys, and then I'm sure we would see some kind of a class action suit come out of the states by any shareholder that jumped to-day, and took it on the chin. This is getting more interesting as the days go by, a new equation has been forced into the picture. With regards,Frank P.S.
