To all:

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that the warrants can now be redeemed. The closing bid has been greater than 6 3/8 for 20 consecutive trading days (I'm assuming that with a closing price of 6 19/32 on 2/4, the closing bid was greater than 6 3/8).

Zebra you are correct. Sorry. I was misnaming the qtrs.

The point remains.
Why so few CD sales to their existing customer base in the 2nd qtr.
(Oct - Dec. 97)
They started advertising to 5000 customers or customer sites in July.
There should have been a backlog of orders from that base by Nov. 15 when the CD finally became available.
There clearly wasn't.
Why not?

There may be a perfectly reasonable explanation for this but I haven't heard it.

Also at the Feb. conf. call there was no indication that there was a significant number of CD sales to that customer base. Otherwise I think we would have heard about it. Feb. conf. call was almost a full 3 months after the initial release of the CD. And more than 7 months after initial advertising efforts began.
Plenty of time to get the word out.
