Arnie: That's why business's are bought, because they are less than replacement value.

Stands to reason that if a business was being offered at more than replacement value, it would never be bought.

There is a very negative article in the Wall Street Journal today regarding Bell Atlantics cut in price for wireless service. The article also indicates that they are offering a direct connect service for $10.00 per month, which is designed to compete with nextel service. This article along with the Intel news may cause a sharp drop today.
What is your take on the Bell Atlantic service. I was unaware that there was any competition out there.
