Hi Chris,
The scripture I mentioned in Revelation refers to them as his angels. I am making a logical assumption that God's perfect order would provide for a chain of command. That chain of command would flow from the top down. Whether those 1/3rd rebelled with Licifer or not I think doesn't matter. They fell with him because they were his and tainted by his rebellion. There is a firmly established principle in the word that servants suffer or are rewarded in the fortunes of their master. As we are rewarded in Christ regardless of our own unworthiness. And all who reject Jesus will suffer the fate of their master, satan. If we took a survey how many of them will say "Yes, this is exactly what I wanted." NONE!! We may not find any scripture that explains the rebellion like a news reel but we can see from principles we understand what took place. I think Michael and Gabriel do command the other 2/3rds, 1/3rd each even though we don't have it explained to us in detail in the word. That would be God's order and makes sense.

God has 7 Spirits yet only one is made to dwell in us as a pledge when we are born again. So much we don't know. It's incredible!
