SK: I am not particularly well-versed in TA, so I can hardly answer your question concerning its relevance to BB stocks. Even the best at TA are wrong a good part of the time. I have noticed, however, that BB stocks that take off like a rocket like ACCY did a few weeks back tend to just as quickly sputter out. Particularly when they leave gaps on the chart. I have also seen others much more proficient in TA call price movements in BB stocks pretty well. A few weeks back I pointed out that such gaps tend to get filled. I was not a buyer at 60 cents, but I was when the second gap in the low 20s got filled. Here's hoping for a slower more steady rise that is supported by the fundamentals. It would be much more sustainable, IMO. The fact that there is now considerable overhead at higher levels should help slow down any tendency for the stock to take off. We've seen that on this rise where the stock appeared to hit a brick wall at 40 cents. We probably need some more news to generate enough volume to send the stock through the current resistance.
