Well, that'd be a worthwhile question for Hardrocker to ask him as well, c'est nes pas'?

"Say Tom, by the way, if you don't feel a Company-authorised buyback is appropriate right now, how about shooing the moths off your wallet and buying a few, yourself? How about making it a nice, round number of shares, like a million? Or, better still, 2 million."

Loren - I have been trying to find out how many shares were issued to Tom Neiman myself and agree...it is an indicator. I was told by a friend doing DD that Neiman had got a "large" stock option, between 10-30 million shares. If this is true, and I welcome anyone who might talk directly the company confirming or denying this, it would certainly seem that Neiman would be committed! Also, as I understand it, he may not sell these shares just any old time, but I do not know what the exact restrictions are. Again, I would welcome any additional information.

I do not have any idea what Tom N. stock or option position is. Will endeavor to track it down and post answer if successful
