supposedly ms will be selling preview copies for $25, ms certification (they will send it to you), or else go to a search engine and type in warez win98. i do not condone the third method.

Yes. You can order the CD or download (I think it was 104MB) the whole enchilada. I downloaded it one night, and keep the whole thing on my laptop, so I can install it on other computers across a LAN.
