Why bother dragging up an old Wash Post story Norman.Glassman's views were on display on CNN last nite along with Pat Buchanon.They mirror yours---missing the point entirely and making the absurd claim that Netscape was the market leader milking a market until microsoft came along and saved the consumer once again with a better product at a better price.This view ignores the big picture.

In my opinion Glassman is not the appropriate Washington Post writer for this story anyway.That assignment goes to Elizabeth Corcoran+Rajev who have been following the story since 95.
