Ed, I wouldn't go so far as to say,"IMO no problem". I would however say,if the price is right-the contract will be filled on time.Contract penalties,flexibility for add-ons(extra crews,machinery,above and beyond the scope- cost adjustments etc.) are the determining factors. Bottomline,money talks or welders walk<g>. DD PS: of course if your being shot at.....could slow down your bead<vbg>.As you know,there are many,many variables to contend with on this type of project.
