(RENT) signed a multi-year agreement with Blockbuster Videos Inc. to provide pre-recorded video cassettes on a revenue sharing basis. Financial terms weren't disclosed. Rentrak issued warrants to Blockbuster to purchase up to 1 million Rentrak common shares at an exercise price of $6.59 a share. Rentrak stock traded recently Wednesday at 6 7/8, up 25/32, on composite volume of 369,400. Average volume is 80,836. Rentrak is a distributor of video cassettes.
