TO ALL-- FWIW MCCANN's HIGH-TECH WIN: Silicon Graphics, Mountain View, Calif., picked the San Francisco office of Interpublic Group's McCann-Erickson Worldwide to handle its new Visual PC Group, which will launch a line of high-performance personal computers using Intel chips and Windows NT software. Ad spending for this account was estimated at $40 million. The agency beat out finalist Arnold Communications of Boston.
