Off topic : SXB, i have no problem to access every discount broker in the USA as long as they have online access via internet. I use Explorer/Netscape browser to access their trading site (you could ask e-schwab regarding this browser) and about telephone charges i think its depend on regulation in which country you will be working. In my country there are 3 charges i must pay : 1. License for modem installation (1 time charge) 2. Telephone connection.(In my country they charge per pulse base -1 pulse=3 minutes and it is counted as a local connection) 3. Internet connection. (In my country they charge per hour base) Hope this will help you Abi
