May I assume that your decision not to respond means that you have no intent on removing the libelous statements?

Can you please advise everyone who this individual is when you wrote? "For what it's worth, I did get some feedback from the gentleman kind enough to provide the software for maintaining the SAC shareholder email address info that indicated that he believes "from personal knowledge that both Gayle Essary and Gary Cella were duped like us"." Tom, I have answered your questions as best I could. In all fairness, can we (in the future) post names of individuals rather than vague references? If someone believes something worth posting (i.e., that Essary and Cella were duped), let that person's name be revealed and let them come forth! Ken Todd
