We are now compiling a listing of individuals who have been approached or threatened in any way (with legal action) by Gayle Essary concerning information they have written or responded to concerning him on the Silicon Investor or in any other form--including email.

Please email any information you have concerning this matter no later than Friday, March 6, 1998 at NOON, E.S.T. to

At this point we are only trying to obtain a listing of individuals who have been threatened by Gayle Essary. It is not necessary, at this point, to elaborate or give details.
