Regarding stock options... I have recently gone through the same thing at my company. All of our options were converted at the same ratio the stock was converted. Grant dates/Vesting schedules all remained as before. On a practical note, as it took a while for everything to switch over to the new parent company's accounting system, I was glad I purchased my granted shares before the transition. We are still having a few glitches that make it a bit more difficult to exercise shares (you just have to talk to more people to make it happen). Susie
