John, I LOVED your analogy of a salmon swimming upstream. That's exactly what I have felt like over the last two months holding ORCL. Our time will come, but perhaps not until Q4. ORCL is undergoing a breathtaking organizational and cultural transformation that began last fall and it may still be a while before we see the fruits of this labor.
