If they even think of doing a reverse, I'm history. I've never seen any immediate good come from a reverse split.

Liteglow is also pleased to announce that at the annual shareholders meeting held on Dec. 24, 1997, a vote was held and the shareholders did agree NOT TO REVERSE LITEGLOW'S STOCK! In addition Liteglow announced that it will become a reporting company sometime in 1998, and will continue to meet all requirements for continued listing on the Bulletin Board.

No, of course I am not in "favor" of a reverse. With Wal-Mart and PepBoys contracts a matter of days [weeks] away, Liteglow should immediately buy back a big chunk. Half? Go into hock if need be. Make it public knowledge. Then release the contract news one at a time with financial statement to follow. 1-2-3 punch. The price runs up to a buck never to see a dime again. And this could really happen mid-March. 25-30mil float with that sort of news, earnings and projected revenue reports would make this baby soar. Our kids would be proud.
