(OTC BB:CYGS), announced that shareholders had unanimously voted in favor of changing its name to US Biogenix, Inc. The new name better reflects the expanded role of the company into a variety of areas of leading edge biomedical research. Growing confidence in the future value of the company among knowledgeable biomedical investors provides Biogenix a favorable opportunity to acquire other companies. As announced earlier, the new structure will maintain the parent company as a strict R&D company with other related operations as subsidiaries with separate management. Biogenix is in negotiations for the acquisition of the additional entities in the healthcare arena including diagnostic services, and proprietary therapeutic, cosmetic, and nutritional products which include the following.
