TO ALL CVIA THREAD PARTICIPANTS!!!!! I had a telephone discussion with a CVIA Representative today. I was talking from a pay phone in a busy Mall, so it was rather difficult to take notes, etc,----thus I am unable to state any direct, word for word dialogue, what I will attempt to do is try to interpret the points that I feel are pertinent to any thread participants interested in CVIA. Keep in mind , I strongly suggest that you treat my comments solely as amusement or entertainment value ( at best)----and may I remind everyone that this is only my own perception or opinion of the current situation. ( Everyone should do what is right for them!) What I personally took away from todays telephone discussion. #1. In my opinion the mood appeared positive and upbeat. #2. To the best of my understanding, current CVIA Management did not appear to indicate that they new why so much trading volume has been taking place, other than a possible growing anticipation that news is expected at some point in the near future. #3. My feeling is that there is steady progress being made towards a potential merger/acquisition! ( and the key word here in my opinion is steady progress!). #4. I could not attain a specific date as to the next anticipated news release ( hopefully announcing the news that some of us have been patiently waiting for?). #5. I did hear mention of a general time frame that we could expect or at least hope for the next announcement--that being within the next month??------It's my own opinion that if all the details are agreed and approved, there is the possability that it could be much sooner than that----but that's just my own hunch ( it could also take longer than a month??)----I wish I knew for sure!!! #6. My hunch from the discussion is that there are only a few points holding back the release of the next news announcement. I was going to say just some small , minor points----but since it's my hunch that it possibly concerns the shareholders----I will change my mind and call them important points!!!! #7. As from the first time I spoke to Jack Arnold, he has been very consistent in his openess , and consistent focussed leadership, attempting to move CVIA from a shell to a brighter business horizon ( of course this is just my own opinion!) #8. In my opinion, Jack does , and always did have the interest of the CVIA Shareholders at heart ( from the outset---when he was left holding the debt ridden shell ( while other CVIA Management deserted the CVIA Ship-----I trust they are having a nice life???)---- ( Just my own opinion!) #9. My guess is that even though he is aware that some of us are getting quite anxious to hear about the good news, I feel he is prepared to remain on the firing line a little longer, to do the best that he can for the CVIA Shareholders.----By this I mean that considering all he has been through, I don't think he is going to compromise anything major at this point just to complete the deal a few days or weeks earlier. #10. On a more realistic note, I am trying to keep in mind that Jack's mission/mandate is that of a single leader. In life it is always challenging to make all of the people happy all of the time! ( At least that's my own personal experience!).------So what ever the end result will be from his efforts--my hunch is that Patience, Timing, an ability to make swift investment decisions----may play a key/significant role in how successful or otherwise their CVIA Investment may turn out to be. #11. There are those that I imagine would be happy with the volume and price movement over the past few days? Since the trading price of CVIA Shares has virtually doubled at one point or another over the last 48 hours----one could say that a 100% increase in any investment in 48 hours, could be considered substantial.---------I imagine it's how one views their own investment performance and whether or not they have set targets in which to determine the success rate or lack of their investment efforts! As mentioned before, I have paid as high as .052 cents per share , but when I bought it I was aware that basically it was a shell company with some debt and not much hope for the future. Today, right now, my guess is that CVIA is going to have a great future--provided my speculative hopes come to pass!! It's my guess that many of you are thinking along the same lines. I will not attempt to get caught up in trying to understand why the recent volume has emerged! It has certainly caught my attention, it feels good, it's got my motivational juices flowing, but I do not know who is buying it or why, other then the reasons I have previously shared. Here is what I am basing my future investment hopes with CVIA on! And keep in mind it's just my own opinion. Quite simply phrased, here, right now, to the best of my knowledge I have invested in CVIA ( when it was a down and out shell company----in my opinion!)-------with the expectation that hopefully someday Jack Arnold could develope and orchestrate a plan of action that would return value to this shell where now there is basically none!. And now I patiently wait! ( Almost patiently--still learning how to do that!)-----Also and once again just my own feeling or impression, I feel that the merger /acquisition process has moved along at a much faster pace then I ever imagined possible.------But! Keep in mind that at this point I'm just blowing smoke with my opinion, unless of course an announcement is made ( if, as and when one is made!)--at some point in the future. As one of your fellow participants on this thread, it is my personal wish that each and everyone of us that invested in CVIA------ at some point in the future ( I hope sooner than later)-will have the opportunity to feel good about their investment decision. Remember! Do what is right for you!!! WOW! Sorry for the mish/mash and the lengthy posting! Best Regards, Wayne J.
