Lee, You are 100% correct. All we can do now is wait. Unfortunately in the mean time, the war is being waged right here on line. The people that know the truth have to counter every move from the uniformed, moral-devoid shorts. I applaud the efforts from the likes of you, Fulvio, Frank, Flighltess, and many others in keeping them in check.

Chrystallex net loss for 9 months ending Sept 30/97 $5,791.456 or $.21 per share. They are so far in debt they would have to pay someone to take over. At current POG the mine is no longer feasable. They have incurred increadle loss's and the mine expansion a mistake. Keep in mind these losses occured with POG above $350. 1) I can not substantiate but, But from the brokerage firm I trade with almost all options and warrants outstanding have been exercised. Oppenheimer had 1 million. I don't think he is worried about his reputation any more. 2) Claims for LC 4 and 6. All I have seen is people saying how Legit KRY's claim is. From the little legal reading I have done. You could not transfer title without government approval. This they did not have. By not appealing in 1986 they forgo any claim. I am not a legal expert but am sure PDG (has)knows what its doing. And to invest as they have, must be sure of title. The Venuzuelan Goverment will decide that which is in its best intrest. 3) Just to clarify my main (Holdings are in GLR) Who has title and liscense.KRY was for me a no loose Short opportunity, with speculation you get volitility, it is almost always possible to buy stock. It is however harder to sell when no one wants it. Risk to Reward. 4) Why is KRY trying so hard to discredit everyone else (Asensio included.)If they have a valid claim this will prove them right. If they don't then it just a ploy to pump and dump. If I were confident in my position I would hold my stock and wait for the verdict. Then sue for false allegations once proven. KRY wild card for playoff position, game decided, GLR on home plate Placer on third, KRY caught trying to steal, in hot box between 1st and second. Opposition screaming foul ball.
