Disney's theme park attendance is just a small part of their revenue. Current Disney films like "Krippendorf's Tribe" are doing poorly at the box office. Also, I think the ratings are down for their ABC and ESPN networks, which means they have to charge less for television ads, because the advertisers look at the Nielson ratings.

I think the real problem with Disney is that they are way overextended with their debts - remember when I showed Marcus that after they bought ABC, they had approximately 20 billion dollars in liabilities on the books? That's a lot of debt to service, and Disney's earnings will probably be much lower because of the debt principal and interest they have to repay.
