Warrant call means $$ into company coffers and some share dilution.
Sometimes warrant calls lead to drops in share price before the call as arbitrageurs play it.
Sometimes people take profits after conversion.
I don't think TAVAW conversion is significant due to the small # of warrants.
IMO, as always.
