George, I don't think they will have a problem. Preletz will blame past sins on previous management and claim HE saved the ship. He now has a company with very little debt to equity. Once the debtors-in-possession agreed to take stock in the new company against their debt, STLC began to show assets in excess of liabilities. The only other thorn in Preletz's side was us. That too seems to have been taken care of. I hear their wine glasses ring as they toast each other on a legal theft executed to perfection. Hell, they even said as much after the court ruled in their favor. John
