Apparently what's bad for INTC, CPQ (cheap computer/ under 1000.00) is good for the internet namely YHOO, AOL, and AMZN. Luckly for me I hedge my short position in AMZN this morning by going long on YHOO (for the first time in two years). I understand the logic behind cheap computers boosting the use for the Internet for YHOO and AOL, but for AMZN I just don't buy it for the sole reason that AMZN is a retail store. This might be a subjective opinion but I haven't yet met "in person" a single person (excluding myself of course)who has bought anything through the internet. It's way too early.
