OXHP will decline in a steady fashion first leveling at 14 then 12 then 10 then to 2. I owned Healthsource when Payton was CEO and wasn't satisfied with him at all. HS declined for year and was finally only sold for its franchise value at @ $22/share. It was a money loser when purchased.

IMO, OXHP has less of a franchise value because not only is it a money loser, but its enrolloees are prima donnas who expect top notch treatment (which is very expensive treatment). No buyer in todays market will pay for these prima donnas because they know these prima donnas will only become disatisfied and leave their new HMO. Healthsource was a tight HMO and OXHP is not. Once OXHP current enrollees see their benefits shrinking they will jump ship. This will cause the demise of OXHP. They will receive no new funding to stay afloat!

So Raptor, You have now clarified that the stock may go up but it is more likely to go down. Sean has very clear direction now. You should become a Wall Street ANALyst.
