Mr. Latts > CNBC just had a commentary about individual investors "stepping in" and do most of the buying today and also maybe bring the institutions who CNBC said had the sell flag out most of the day back in this afternoon.
How correct that statement really is provides lively discussion ; my thought is about the first part -- the last time I heard that as I recall individual investors "only" participated was just before the Asia crisis. Can you recall that or for that matter anyone else? Would that be a concern? I'm just siding with caution now.I want to get in under 20 again (like today-seems the floor is 19 3/8 most of day). My buy would be icing on this cake -just want a little more so I can wait....So really this question isn't for today as much as what the "stepping in" statement lead me too -a sucker's rally...Want to set me straight? Thanks
