Just some thoughts (which are usually wrong):

Acquisitions for the purpose of financing R & D sounds great. Looking at the MobileMed #'s, 2 distinct possibilities come to mind:
1. On the down side - If my business was knocking down $200K every month, and I could buy 5 more vans & raise that to $750K (or $9M a year) . . . CYGS doesn't have enough money or stock to even warrant a conversation. Sounds fishier than shrimp farming.
2. UNLESS, TeloVector(TM) technology is yielding some pretty phenomenal preliminary results. In this case, add one or two 0's to CYGS market cap.

For a company with about a $5M cap and $0 revenue to acquire a company that's (maybe?) going to bring in $5-$6M after tax, something's up.
Maybe real good, or maybe another of my typical stock selections.

It is good to hear that preliminary results of the basic research should be ready for review by April 1998.

Should get interesting from here.

David

There are many things that are going to be happening in this company over the next few weeks or months. I have purchased this stock many times and am holding a rather large position. I believe that I will retire handsomely through this investment. Keep watching.
