Kman, still here, still long, still think SI beats the Yahoo message boards any day. But I guess most SFNB holders are too cheap to pay the $75, so the only entertainment is over there. Hope I didn't offend you guys with my abuse of "bcsf" over there.

Pretty good accumulation since late Jan. Someone knows, or thinks they do, much more than the rest of us to keep up the heavy buying even with the four week delay. Hope you are wrong about the "sell the news" part, but then if we get to Wheat First's new target ($16), I'm not so sure I'd wait for the news.

Feels strange to be trying to decide where to take profits on SFNB.

Bob

KMAN, Thanks for the note. Yeh, I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on this one.

Sometimes the markets are just so strange ...

SFNB fails to make one of its business lines work (the Bank) and they plan to sell it. Voila! The price of the stock finally goes up. I think this is definitely a short term shot in the arm. IMHO, the management of this company is still on shaky ground and this thing could get run into the ground even as strictly a SW company.

I may kick myself later (one way or the other), but I'm gonna grab some long awaited profits and put some money elsewhere. And I'll tell ya' this, I'll be sitting very close to the phone on Tuesday to exit stage left if this stock starts to tank. I may try to eke out an extra point or two and hang on until Wednesday or Thursday if it looks like a trading frenzy breaks out.

We've seen a lot on this thread (how could we forget that freak that posed a confidant of the SFNB pres), but at least its been for free, and now we can take some profit!
