I couldn't agree with you more, Joe. Anybody lying or slandering on a public media is just as accountable to the SEC, FCC, and the person or company wronged, via the civil courts, be they long or short.. Attempted stock manipulation long or short is just as damaging to the company shortterm, as well as to the ones attempting to manipulate. As far as II, they weren't spreading rumors, slander or lies. There is a big difference between expressing an opinion and lies and slander.
