Hope you all don't think I'm beating a dead horse, but this has me bugged. You're trying to access a server that is requiring you to enter your password in and are getting locked out unless you enter your entire password? (that is, a server that you haven't already accessed since you got on line, as the server remembers your password if you merely re-access it) And you are entering only the alpha character prefix, dropping the numeric suffix? And you do NOT get access to your portfolio, quotes, history, etc.? In my case, I only have to enter the alpha character of my password in order to get (partial) access to any of the servers. My entire password is still required in order to place a trade.
