I am neither a stock analyst nor a stock market analyst. I am a businessman. I would guess that the reason that any stock falls is that actual performance is not up to shareholder expectations, thereby causing shareholders to sell shares in greater quantity than the market can readily absorb. Lowered expectations also reduce the number of buyers. Take a look at Intel today as an example.

In the case of ITKG, I was not involved with the company until late in 1997. Therefore, I really cannot comment on what went on before. From the publicly available information, it seems fair to say that commercialization of the CTHA has occurred more slowly than many thought it would. This is not uncommon in start-up high-tech companies, as you know.

You surely know that I am limited in what I can say in this forum. I am of the belief that if we build a good business, the stock price will take care of itself. The market just needs to see us perform.
