I vaguely remember this item from the conference call, but not the specifics. Were there absolutely no tax deduction at all from the NCI charge? Or was there a partial deduction?

If there was no tax deduction for the NCI charge, can anyone explain why it would be charged against earnings?

One thing we need to keep in mind -- there will likely be more of these "one-time" charges as WIND continues to deploy the money it received from the convertible bond offering.
