I hope you really don't mean that. So if Barksdale messes up real bad with his execution and can't pay your check, makes a couple hundred thousand dollars worth of your stock options worthless, and destroys billions of dollars of industry's investment in IT infrastructure, it doesn't matter because MSFT is a monopoly. You ever hear of passing the blame? It is inferior execution on behalf on many of MSFT's competitors that made them a monopoly. Maybe we should drag Wordperfect Novell ex mgmt. into court for indirectly breaking the Sherman Act, after all they botched the job as corporate managers and handed SMFT a ton of money. It doesn't matter, though, because MSFT is a monopoly.
