There will always be a time when it stops and until that happens one can always make the statement that the price keeps dropping. For a long-term investment even the price reduction this week is meaningless. The key here is recognizing that cpq is a long-term play and its rewards are later rather than sooner. Wall Street doesn't like that scenario - small investors like us should. We can't win the short term game with wall street because it is not a level playing field - too much inside information that we're not privy to.
