Ever heard of these guys. Anybody and his mother can issue an upgrade can't they.
When daytraders start to issue upgrades and it is news does that mean we are

I've been reading this thread for months and this is positively the most bizarre thing I've seen posted anywhere on SI. A daytrader? with a 6 - 12 month price target??
