Bill, look at this way. If one has the guts and the short capacity* today is a tremendous opportunity to short more. How many times do you get such a clear sign that S..t is coming and you have a chance to act!

*I am afraid I haven't got any left of either one:) Kidding. Still have short capacity but my exposure is already significantly short. If I had the guts I would be shorting AMZN and DELL today.

The close today could be interesting. Every time we've had a choppy day recently, the S&P has finished strongly and banged my short futures position into its stop. Yesterday was an exception, and right now it looks as tho the futures are trying to take out the low of 1035 set in the first half hour.
Maybe that will signal an end to the madness. Maybe.
