This level is major support, but because of the news now only fair value, in my opinion. It looks like a 4 year long term trend line has just been broken and for fundamental and technical reasons I would definitely let the dust settle. I like the company but much more at 20-22 than here.

I think the company will be around for the long haul.

I haven't looked at the convertibles; could you summarize the allure briefly (save me some time)? I think the CFO switch is being overplayed; its not significant IMO.

I do agree with Jeff; there are a lot of opportunities out there today, and I won't buy this one unless it breaks to the 22-23 range.
