You misunderstand... Avant! has a substantial value outside its litigation. It does not have "zero value". Crystallex is the same, though it has potentially greater additional value because of it's "special situation". Volatility attracts traders, especially short traders. Since Crystallex has now attracted the likes of M. Asensio, it will be more volatile, with the potential for a short squeeze. I will play both sides, and hope to emulate Amerindo and Fidelity in their efforts to squeeze Asensio when the time comes. Emotion degrades skill in a battle. Try to emulate Ms. Payne or Mr. Nicholson. Both are enviable traders, but maintain their ethics.
