Troves... and troves and troves of financial information is available over at Edgar-Online, and there are several dozen posts on this board that analyze the financials. Christine - As Scott said, the antenna depends on the outcome of the bankruptcy proceedings, although I don't believe Paul has any desire to do anything with the phone directly. I would imagine that INCE would look to license the technology in return for a straight royalty deal.... maybe they would seek an outright buyer for the technology; that would be cleaner. Are we in a house of mirrors? I haven't met anyone who doesn't believe Paul is working as hard as anyone could to turn INCE around. There have indeed been specific events that have angered me, and I've made it clear when that was the case.... I guess I've come to the conclusion that the company is not the company I bought into (when Terry N was in charge)... and I can't blame the company entirely for the position I find myself in. Nobody held my hand to the keyboard and made me place all the buy-orders I have placed in the last two years. Sure, my purchases were typically a result of a conversation with someone with the company, but come on...this is a penny stock. There are certainly no guarantees... and one really should take a "buyer beware" position when investing in OTC:BB stocks. At this point, I'm simply holding on for the remainder of the ride, and hope that Paul is able to sign a deal over at Nanopierce. I'm not looking for much more than the return of my original investment..... and doubt that those who bought in at $4-5.50/share will see much more than that in the long run. Those who bought in from $1.50 (around the INCE/ITCO split) will fair better... and those who bought in initially below $0.50 will probably do just fine if an alliance deal is signed. I'm rolling with the punches just like everyone else, and since I haven't spoken with Paul since the last S-1 came out... I can't say I'm any better informed than anyone else at this point. (although I do spend a fair amount of time talking with other investors, and brokers, who have a ton of self-interest in this company.) We'll just have to wait and see how this whole thing turns out.
