CPQ managed to hide it from the balance sheet. I have heard that CPQ has been Factoring their recievabls. (that means selling the recievabls for cash making the ballance sheet look better.)If the channel is full, don't ship, don't book the $$ and eps suffer.

It may be best if we just agree to sort of disagree on this one.

See If you are right then you can talk up DELL for its supperrior model. If I am right, then there is an industry wide problem.
