when I checked this site the BB quotes were not real time . Checked NDB realtime against it and the volume was always less. I dont know, i could be wrong.

*OT*

I just found out about this location yesterday, so I'm not very familiar with it yet. I checked on EUTO and they go out 2 decimals and round up on the third at .005 or more. Shows bid of .03 and ask of .03, so it is not completely accurate and may be of no use for penny stocks with small spreads. For me it's free, so I'll use it accordingly.
