Just listened to the conference call. I am now ready to double my position in FAMH. This has just turned very very serious. We are truly in for a ride. Here is what I heard. Others please post to ensure factual reporting of the conference. 40 Mil shares outstanding - 10 Mil float. (big change from the 24Mil) 18 Mil CAP Now soon to be 70 mil with completion of Myriad. Expects to have 25 - 30 EPS in 98. 60 days either NASDAQ or AMEX (His target - not certain) Cash avail for all acquistions NO MORE SHARE DILLUTION FOR THESE ACQUISITIONS. Profit margin 28% and 8% on staffing vs leasing. Miami office manager just hired and ready to open. Has some sort of control of Morton Downey Jr. shows production not sure on this one but said it should produce minimum of 125K or more per month in advertising which will be all gravy toward new acquistions. (I'm sure I didn't catch the ins and outs of this very well Please help me out here). Didn't catch the part about exhange of warrants and preferred stock please help here also. Overall very positive.
